Preservation loans are open to eligible borrowers that make a long term commitment to operating the property as affordable housing, thereby allowing thousands of low-income Oregonians the opportunity to live in safe, stable homes.

The Oregon Housing Acquisition Fund currently offers two preservation loans, the acquisition loan and the OHAF gap loan. We also provide short term acquisition financing for the purchase of an existing market rate property for conversion to affordable housing. More information and our term sheets are available below.

Manufactured Home Park Preservation

NOAH offers short-term acquisition and permanent financing of manufactured home parks. More information and loan term sheets are available here. There are 62,000 affordable homes located in over 1,000 manufactured home communities across the state.
